i was reading the forums and some lady was looking up love songs for weddings. it got me to thinking about our song for our wedding which we used, chosen i think the day before the ceremony (we're very improptu you'll soon realize!)...

makes me happy to think even though i've only known m for less than 4 yrs (since we met in the beginning of '06), that so much has happened, and so many wonderful things to come, i'm sure.

not feeling so hot today... actually though, more like hot flashes... :(
i'm trying to eat healthier this last trimester... low on the salts and the carbs and the sugars but it's tough... especially with the uber-hungry-ness... it's difficult to find "good foods". fruits of course, pb, carrots (though not too many b/c i don't want our little girl to come out orange)...

but yah, i've noticed my calves are definitely swelling.
today's measurements:
tummy: 37 1/2" (still)
calf (right): 13 1/4"
ankle (right): est 8"

i want to monitor the swelling in my legs- especially since i haven't taken the glucose test for gestational diabetes and then also since there's been little bit of protein each time in my urine when we visit the dr... need to be careful. also i have been reading some ladies might have preclampsia, but hopefully since my blood pressure has been low this entire pregnancy, we'll be okay. :)

hang in there little girl... 11 weeks or less! :D

Oh one more thing for today-

My calves and ankles are swollen!!! They look huge! The right leg is slightly more swollen than the left... I hope they go back to normal soon. O_o

28 weeks + 3 days...

Weight: ? (a lot probably)

Waist: 37.5”

Swolleness: hmm. Calves are starting to, and feet… when buying shoes I’ve found I need about a 7 3/4… too bad that size doesn’t exist.

 

Little Girl movement: A lot. J

 

Can’t believe actually it’s almost already 7 months!! Wow. Only 2 1/2 more months to go, if that!!

Active!

Little girl was SUPER active today! I think she moved, hiccuped, turned all day, almost every hour! Amazing still, to know a little person is inside me, and it makes me realize all the weight gain, non-fun stuff about pregnancy is totally worth it. :)

UP

M and i went to watch "UP" in 3d over the weekend (finally! after waiting since may!!). It reminded me how much i loved disney cartoon movies growing up... and it also made me think how having a baby/child, is life's blessing of reminding us of our own childhood- and how we should never lose that innocence and embrace what or how we once were.
